Handmade ceramics crafted from local clay using traditional techniques, designed to be used and loved for generations. Wyan and Kyle work from their Newcastle home studio with a slow, intentional process. Each piece takes around six weeks from raw clay to finished product. They prioritise local materials, minimal packaging, and waste reduction throughout their practice. Clay Canoe acknowledges the Awabakal peoples as the traditional custodians of the land on which their studio sits and actively supports First Nations advocacy.
