Stage One
We begin with a detailed consultation to understand your vision, priorities, and constraints. This includes reviewing plans or ideas you may have, discussing sustainability goals, and where relevant, visiting the site to assess orientation, light, ventilation, and spatial potential.

Stage Two
Based on our consultation and site assessment, we define the scope of work together. This means identifying your key priorities, sustainability targets, budget parameters, and any constraints that may shape the project. Every decision from here is grounded in a clear, shared understanding.

With the scope defined, we move into delivery. Our team works to ensure your project is completed to the highest standard, keeping you informed throughout and addressing any concerns as they arise. Experience
Project Brief
To undertake a knockdown and rebuild project located in Melbourne, Australia with direct access to a beautiful park. While the existing structure was barely liveable, the location and potential of the site make it an ideal candidate for a full rebuild. To ensure optimal natural light and energy efficiency, the project should address the design challenges posed by the south-facing aspect of the site, while also maximising park views and incorporating outdoor living spaces, and the interior design should prioritise functionality and flow with ample storage and living spaces to meet the needs of a modern family.

Project Brief
Renovation project in Doonan, Sunshine Coast aims to improve the existing house’s functionality, comfort, and resilience while adding new features such as a pool, deck, and a secondary dwelling. The design considerations include maximising natural light, ventilation, and energy efficiency while building to withstand fire, flooding, and termites. The aim is to create a beautiful, thoughtful and resilient home that integrates with the natural surroundings and provides a comfortable living space for the residents.
