Aēsop x 3 Days of Design 2024

In June 2024, I had the incredible opportunity to attend the 3 Days of Design in Copenhagen, where Aēsop truly stood out. From 12–14 June, the brand showcased its unique multi-sensory experience with the Aromatorium as part of the fair’s TRANSCENDENCE exhibition. This intriguing installation, a laboratory-like setup of tubes and funnels, allowed visitors to experience Aēsop’s unconventional Eaux de Parfum in a refreshing, immersive way.

As an interior designer, I was absolutely captivated by Aēsop’s showcase of its three Copenhagen stores, including the newly opened Aēsop Kronprinsensgade. Visiting this store was like stepping into an interior designer’s dream. The space exudes quiet reverence, with a design that draws inspiration from the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art.

It was an unforgettable visit, blending aesthetics and sensory exploration in one beautifully crafted space.

I was thrilled to see an Australian brand so far from home, showcasing such thoughtful design.

The use of local Danish bricks, stained oak timber, and clever acoustics creates a warm, intimate atmosphere—an ideal escape from the bustling city streets. Aēsop’s collaboration with Fredericia, featuring the stunning Chaconia chair by Nanna Ditzel, only added to the elegance of the experience.
