Stepping into my terrace apartment felt like entering a private haven of European design excellence.
As I wandered through the cobblestone streets, I was enchanted by the architectural marvels that surrounded us. From the weathered stone facades to the intricate detailing of archways and door frames, every element spoke of a rich history waiting to be discovered.
The interiors exuded an air of refined luxury, with Danish furniture adorning the space, including the remarkable Ferm Living chairs crafted from recycled water bottles – a testament to Aethos Saragano’s commitment to sustainability.
The stunning in-house Ceci restaurant, helmed by Chef Delfina, a Saragano native, brought us the most memorable meals we’ve ever had. Their commitment to ‘conscious food for conscious people’ resonated with me deeply, and the locally sourced, garden-fresh ingredients made for an unforgettable foodie experience.
However, the magic of Aethos Saragano extends far beyond the place itself. Paul, the incredible soul who runs this gem, and his adorable Frenchie, Mabel, have absolutely stolen my heart. Paul’s kindness, attention to detail and above and beyond service made us feel a part of something truly special. We secretly wish we could bring Mabel home to meet Fritz, our little Frenchie! ???? Paul too!
